Bring Your Lunch to Work Bitch!

I had this for lunch today:  A baby greens salad with tomato, cucumber, mozzarella, roasted garlic & balsamic vinaigrette- On the side I’d had 15 wheat thins dipped in red pepper hummus + a bottle of water.

Yesterday  for lunch I had:  Barilla Plus pasta (whole wheat pasta with tons of protein & omega 3’s- amazing super healthy product!!) with garlic marinara sauce & soy ground beef + a diet coke  🙂   Notice- the reasonable portion…changing your ways isn’t always easy but when your food tastes good and it’s full of protein it’s a lot easier!
