Raspberries which are known for their ability to stabilize blood sugar if eaten in the morning.

Muscle Milk Light- AMAZING! 160 calories & 20g of protein in the entire bottle! Perfect breakfast.

I ate about a 1/2 of this 6oz tub throughout the day

Lunch was an arugula salad with radishes, cucumbers, almonds, sliced cabbage and smoked soy sausage.

My dressing was healthy choice ranch dressing (45cals per serving) mixed with sriracha! MMM
